Return & Exchange Policy

At Brotherbear Warehouse, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning products purchased from our website [www.brotherbearwarehouse.com](https://www.brotherbearwarehouse.com).

### 1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return.

### 2. Return Timeframe
You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

### 3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at help@brotherbearwarehouse.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
4. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

### 4. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

### 5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

### 6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Clearance items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products)
